I'm Jeff Stocking, Director and co-owner of Card Payments Made Easy (CPME). I have a real passion for helping businesses find the right payment and business solutions, believing that great customer service, honesty and building long-term relationships are the foundations of any successful business.

Away from work, I'm married to my wife, Lisa, who is not only my biggest supporter but also my business partner. We enjoy building CPME together while balancing family life.

I'm a proud Leicester City season ticket holder and rarely miss the opportunity to cheer the team on. When I'm not at work or at the football, you'll usually find me out walking our dog, Theo, or working towards my daily goal of 10,000 steps. Staying active has become an important part of my lifestyle, and I enjoy challenging myself to keep moving every day.

I believe in working hard, treating people fairly, and always looking for ways to improve — whether that's helping businesses grow through CPME or pushing myself to be healthier and more active.

Business Development & Office Manager

As our Business Development and Office Manager, I keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes while building strong relationships with our clients. Before joining the business, I worked as a Registered Nurse, but after welcoming my three children, I decided to pursue a career that offered a better work-life balance.

My nursing background has given me strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, which I bring to my role every day. When I'm not at work, I'm usually busy making memories with my family and embracing the chaos that comes with life as a mum of three!

Emma is the Business Development Manager for Wales at Card Payments Made Easy, bringing over 12 years of experience in the card payments and merchant services industry. During her career, she has worked with businesses of all sizes, helping them find the right payment solutions to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and support long-term growth.

Known for her approachable and honest style, Emma believes that great customer service is about building lasting relationships rather than simply making a sale. She takes the time to understand each business's unique needs and recommends tailored payment solutions that genuinely add value.

Covering the whole of Wales, Emma is passionate about supporting local businesses and providing expert advice, competitive pricing, and ongoing support. Business Development Manager

I joined Card Payments Made Easy (CPME) in October, making the move from a lifetime in football into a completely new industry. It was a big change, but one I've embraced, and I'm enjoying learning something new every day while helping businesses find the right payment solutions.

Before CPME, football had always been a huge part of my life, teaching me the importance of teamwork, commitment and building strong relationships — qualities I now bring into my role with our customers.

Away from work, I enjoy playing football, spending quality time with my partner and daughter, and making the most of family life. I'm proud to be part of the CPME team and excited about what the future holds.

I've been working in the industry for 4 years and have gained a wealth of experience throughout the period that I've been in the field.

My role covers all aspects of merchant services, ranging from problem solving to introducing businesses to new solutions to meet their specific requirements, to streamline their business accordingly.

Away from work, I'm a keen sportsman with a passion for playing both football and golf, as well as riding the rollercoaster that is Leicester City FC!
